Facing issues with page loading or site functionality
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner, then select "More tools" and "Clear browsing data."
- Choose a time range or select "All time" to clear everything.
- Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
- Click "Clear data."
Safari (Mac)
- Open Safari and click on the "Safari" menu, then select "Clear History."
- Choose "All history" in the clear field.
- Click "Clear History."
Safari (PC)
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Select "Reset Safari."
- Choose the items you want to clear (it's recommended to select all).
- Click "Reset."
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Select "Settings," then under "Clear browsing data" click "Choose what to clear."
- Select the data types you want to clear, such as browsing history, cookies, cached data, etc.
- Click "Clear."
Firefox
- Click the hamburger menu in the upper right corner.
- Choose "Preferences" on Mac or "Options" on PC.
- Go to "Privacy" in the left menu bar.
- Click "Clear Your Recent History."
- Select a time range or choose "Everything" for a complete clear.
- Click the arrow next to "Details" to choose what elements of the history to clear.
- Select the items you want to clear such as browsing and download history, cookies, cache, etc.
- Click "Clear Now."
Clearing your cache and cookies can refresh your browser settings and solve many common issues with website functionality.
