Facing issues with page loading or site functionality

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner, then select "More tools" and "Clear browsing data."
  3. Choose a time range or select "All time" to clear everything.
  4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
  5. Click "Clear data."

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari and click on the "Safari" menu, then select "Clear History."
  2. Choose "All history" in the clear field.
  3. Click "Clear History."

Safari (PC)

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Select "Reset Safari."
  3. Choose the items you want to clear (it's recommended to select all).
  4. Click "Reset."

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
  2. Select "Settings," then under "Clear browsing data" click "Choose what to clear."
  3. Select the data types you want to clear, such as browsing history, cookies, cached data, etc.
  4. Click "Clear."

Firefox

  1. Click the hamburger menu in the upper right corner.
  2. Choose "Preferences" on Mac or "Options" on PC.
  3. Go to "Privacy" in the left menu bar.
  4. Click "Clear Your Recent History."
  5. Select a time range or choose "Everything" for a complete clear.
  6. Click the arrow next to "Details" to choose what elements of the history to clear.
  7. Select the items you want to clear such as browsing and download history, cookies, cache, etc.
  8. Click "Clear Now."

Clearing your cache and cookies can refresh your browser settings and solve many common issues with website functionality.
