We provide your raw DNA data in a format similar to that used by 23andMe, which should ensure compatibility with many services. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all platforms, as they may have specific requirements that differ from ours.


If you're encountering problems, it could be related to the file's header. You can try one of two solutions:

  1. Add # 23andme as the first line of the file.
  2. Remove every header line except for # rsid chromosome position genotype .

If these adjustments don't resolve the issue, we recommend contacting the customer support team of the platform you're trying to use. They should be able to provide more specific guidance on why the file isn't compatible and how to fix it.
