Please ensure your DNA file is in one of the supported formats such as .txt, .csv, .zip, .gz, or .vcf. If your DNA test provider is not listed above, feel free to send your file to support@genaty.ai and we will assess its compatibility.

While we strive for extensive compatibility, please note that not all files from these services are guaranteed to work with Genaty, even if they are listed here.

If you don’t have a DNA file and are interested in obtaining one, Genaty offers DNA kits for purchase. These kits are available separately or included with certain plans like the Health Insights Plan or Premium Insights Plan. You can order a DNA kit during your subscription purchase or directly from your account dashboard.
