No-Show/Cancellation Policy for Consultations at Genaty
At Genaty, we strive to ensure that all clients have a smooth and efficient consultation experience. To manage and respect the time of our healthcare professionals and clients alike, we have established a clear no-show and cancellation policy for medical report consultations:
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our team at support@genaty.ai
- 24-Hour Notice: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.
- Late Cancellations: If you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, a partial fee equivalent to 50% of your consultation price will be charged.
No-Show Policy:
- Definition: A 'no-show' is defined as missing an appointment without cancelling it at least 24 hours in advance.
- Consequences:
- First No-Show: You may reschedule your appointment once.
- Second No-Show: The visit is lost, and you will not receive any refund, either full or partial.
- Late Arrival: If you are not present within 15 minutes of your appointment time, you will be considered a no-show.
Limits on Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule an appointment a maximum of two times. Attempts to reschedule a third time will result in the loss of the appointment without the possibility of another reschedule.
